1. Start By Listening
When you’re deeply relaxed, maybe after a bath, pop on some earbuds, sit in a chair or on the couch, put on an eye mask, and give this a listen.
2. Journal Time
Journal anything that came to you. And note any clarity you may have received. If not much came, don't worry. You’ve planted the seeds for what you truly want to experience in this new decade.
